We honestly would probably not have purchased a property in Mexico if it were not for David Crenshaw. David turned a somewhat daunting ordeal into a comfortable and understandable process. We could not think of a better person to deal with than David. He is knowledgeable, honest and sincere, and super- attentive to his clients. There is no question too small for him to answer, and he does so in a very prompt manner. Even though we are now financially committed to our purchase, David continues to serve us in the same professional style. He periodically updates us on the progress of Villa Magna and even takes his own photos to e-mail us. If you are thinking of buying a property in the Puerto Vallarta area, do the deal with David!

David is an ultimate professional.  He was very attentive, listened to what we were looking for.  He is the assured us to make a deal.  His sincere interest in us as individuals was a stark contrast to the other salespeople we met while looking at other properties. He was very patient when we kept showing up day after day with more questions.  David shared his knowledge of real estate (which is vast), financing, the ins and outs of purchasing property in Mexico, and his own experience as an American living in Puerto Vallarta. This was extremely helpful and was a major factor in our decision to buy a unit.   Most importantly, after the deal was signed, he continued to attend to every detail and that needed to be addressed before the closing.  If I had the occasion to purchase another property, David is the only person I would choose to work with.

We met David Crenshaw last April, 2005 when we happened upon a sign for Villa Magna.  We were immediately smitten with the beautiful and affordable luxury condominium complex, but we never considered investing in Mexico.  It was scary and uncharted territory for us.  David made us feel comfortable not only as an American who relocated to this beautiful Paradise, but as an expert in real estate investments. 

The rest is history.  We purchased a two-bedroom in Phase III of Villa Magna and we look forward to its completion.

But this was just the beginning of our relationship with David.   He continues to stay in contact with his clients long after the contracts have been signed.  He has made arrangements to help us through the process in every way, be it with furniture, questions about Mexican procedures, etc.  He is kind, knowledgeable and innovative.  He gives us the confidence to forge ahead into these unknown waters without ever looking back. We consider ourselves very lucky to have met David at Villa Magna, and we hope to remain friends with him as we spend more and more time in Nuevo Vallarta.
