The first time our fundVallarta Investments team visited Los Veneros, we felt it could become the premier project on the Bay of Banderas. It has a great location - situated on the North Shore of the bay; sophisticated and functional floor plans designed by a world-class architect; low density four-story buildings as opposed to the ten-story towers in Nuevo Vallarta; and owned by experienced and financially sound developers.

 

The North Shore region, La Cruz to Punta Mita, is where the most expensive high end luxury developments are located. Every project in that area is residential in nature, and most importantly, all have been highly successful.

 

I gladly accepted an invitation from the owners of Los Veneros to fly to Mexico City , to consult with them and the architect on the floor plans and condominium specifications. Los Veneros only has four beachfront end unit penthouses that have windows and views on three sides. The owners of Los Veneros have kept two of these units for themselves, proving their desirability. fundVallarta Investments is planning on investing in the remaining two.

We are passing these savings along to our investors/partners, which will translate into higher rates of returns at the time fundVallarta Investments sells the condominium. 

 

Although fundVallarta Investmentscan not guarantee any minimum return on investments, the facts are that every top quality beachfront condominium development from Nuevo Vallarta to Punta Mita, has doubled in value within three years from the pre-construction sales prices.
