Los Veneros

Beachfront Condominiums

On the shores of the Bay of Banderas will sit one of Mexico’s newest real estate developments. Los Veneros offers condominiums, a condo-hotel, a beach club, and a spa, on a 40-acre site. The grounds contain tropical landscaping, waterfalls, rolling gardens, and various pools. Costa Banderas is a gated community with property management and hotel service on site. Upon entering the gated community, you will find eight buildings, housing 251 condominiums, all with a view of the ocean. The property lies partly on the beach, and partly in the jungle. The architecture inside and out, compliments a Mexican beach. The condominiums have two, three, or four bedrooms. They feature large master bedrooms with views of the ocean. The design allows you to have a memorable dining experience inside the condominium, or out on the terrace.

The 40,000 square foot beach club and spa add icing to the cake with much to do and see. There are facilities you need, and amenities you want. There you will find a restaurant, a deli market, and Palapa Sunset Bar. For the times when you are not eating, there is a business center, a kid’s center, and a concierge. The beach club will also serve as the hub for the water sport activities. An infinity pool, family pool, and a kid’s only pool add endless fun to the beach club. The beach club also houses a 24-hour medical facility for those in need.

Neighboring to the beach club is the spa. The spa offers traditional and new age spa treatments. You can have your treatment indoors in a quiet controlled setting, or outside in the arms of the Mexican outdoors. When you are at Los Veneros, you are pampering yourself anyway, but a massage would not hurt.

For those that like to stay active, or work hard before a massage, the 40-acre site has much to offer. There are walking and jogging trails. If you like a little adventure, there is scuba diving, and snorkeling. If you prefer to be above water, there is sport fishing, kite boarding, windsurfing, surfing, and kayaking. You can choose to play tennis or golf if you prefer an activity on land. If you truly wish to just lay back and enjoy the sights that Mexico has to offer, you can go sailing and watch the whales, dolphins, sea turtles, and rays. Humpback whales frequent the Bay of Banderas from December to April. Los Veneros also offers horseback riding with a bilingual guide. It is a great way to explore the bay.
